[edit] Solar Panels

A lot of people expressed interest in the 'Solar Briefcase' panels we were using this summer, we did a little haggling and shopping around and we are pleased to announce that as a result we have been able to get a discount from our supplies for a bulk purchase, please email us your requirements ie; number of panels desired / number of watts power used over time / description of electrical equipment you intend to run by solar.

Please note that we are able to get discount on larger panels too, we were using the briefcase design as it best suited our needs.

[edit] Land Project

We are setting up a sustainable community in the south west of England. Initially, the project will consist of a management co-operative who will oversee the construction of offices, lecture hall and workshops, and an area of land that will be used to demonstrate permaculture methods to grow food and other produce. Over time it will develop to provide a suitable location for year round tuition in sustainable pra 1000 ctices, to become a WWOOF and provide placements for volunteers seeking to learn through practice.

If you know of, or have experience in similar projects, please email us as we would like to demonstrate on our website the numerous different approaches to land co-ops, renewable energy systems, food production etc.

We have looked at numerous sites where this type of project may be possible, and continue to keep an eye out for more, so if you would like to pursue similar goals please be in touch.

[edit] Want to help?

We are looking for volunteers to help us in a number of ways, and we are also in need of donations of money and equipment. The network for sustainability is entirely funded by its own volunteers and donations from the public.

In the future we hope to accept sponsorship from group's, organisations or companies, and will willingly promote good causes.

We are looking to get funding for The Mobile Library and Workshop as well as the Permanent Educational Land Facility, our research into this may be of interest to other organisations with similar aims.

If you know of any funding organisation which has similar aims to our mission statement, please let us know.

Your comments and suggestions are extremely valuable to us, Thank you.

"never feel that a small group of individuals can't change anything, in most cases it is the only thing which does". (reference coming soon)
